It is with great sadness that the family of Billy Telfer announces his passing after a brief but courageous battle with cancer, on Sunday, July 12, 2020, at the age of 65 years. Billy is predeceased by his parents Dugald and Marguerite (Kennaway). Billy will be lovingly remembered by his siblings, Ellen, Elizabeth, John, Mary and Douglas. Billy will also be forever remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
