On April 13, 1952, she married William (Bill) E. Engel, Sr. in Montrose, NY. Family weekends occurred every summer for forty-eight years. In 1992, they began spending winters in Ft. Myers, FL. Dawn traveled throughout her retirement to the Caribbean, Europe, and the Western United States. She cherished her visits to her brother Jim’s home in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Dawn is predeceased by her husband, Bill, of forty-eight years and a son, Brad. She is survived by a son, William (Bill) E. Engel, Jr., and his wife, Holly Vegas, of Saratoga Springs, NY; two grandsons, Brian, of Washington, DC, and Evan (Katie), of Clifton Park, NY; a great-grandson, Logan; a daughter-in-law, Beth Easly Cerrone, her husband, John Cerrone, and their children, Leah and Kristain Cerrone of Ballston Lake, NY; two brothers, James (Helen) Chase, of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and Harry Chase, of Pt.
