

Donnie was retired from General Motors in Tarrytown, New York. He was born in Peekskill on April 21, 1962, to Nicholas and Virginia (Miller) DiCola.
In his younger days, Donnie enjoyed playing his guitar, singing, fishing, and raising hell wherever he went. More recently, he was a devoted family man. One of his favorite pastimes was listening to music, being at home, cooking, and playing his guitar and we will never forget his late night concerts on Facebook we will miss his craziness the most.
Donnie is survived by his son, Justin, and daughter-in-law, Marianne; his sisters, Cindy (Bernie) Calabro of Verplanck, New York, Teresa (John) Lyons of The Villages, Florida, and Debbie (Cesar) Nieves of Daytona Beach, Florida; and his brother, Michael (Joanne) DiCola of Cortlandt Manor, New York. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
The family would also like to extend their heartfelt thanks to his caretakers who lovingly cared for him at home over the past eight months —His niece Heather, Sonia, Danny, and Praj he Loved you all also the staff New York Presbyterian. Hudson Valley Hospital, Jensen Hospices and Kaplan Family Hospice were he spent his final days. You are all angels on earth.
He was predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Virginia DiCola; his sister, Victoria Bushey; and his brothers, Nicholas “Billy” DiCola and his twin brother, Douglas DiCola.
Donnie will be remembered for his love of music, his spirited nature, and the love he had for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
