Ella was born on October 8, 1927 in Peekskill, NY to Alonzo and Ethel (Banker) Bourdette. She was the beloved wife of the late John Lonce, Sr. and loving mother to Paul, Peter, Stefan, Joseph, Edward and her son John Lonce, Jr. who passed away in 1992. Ella is also survived by 9 adoring grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 170 Kings Ferry Road, Montrose, NY. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 12th at 10:00 am also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Verplanck, NY.
