Joanne Harbolic

Born March 9th, 1950, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Carmen (Bleakley) Harbolic. Joanne retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs after a 37-year career. Joanne is survived by her sister Cheryl (James) Gilmore of Buchanan, and brother Gary Harbolic of Verplanck. Her niece Kimberly Harbolic of Verplanck, and nephew Patrick Harbolic of Montrose. Great nieces and nephews Brendon, Jeremy, Connor, Nicholai, and Brianna.

Nothing gave Joanne more joy than attending her nephews’ sports games and cheering them on, and to watch her great niece, Brianna excel at what she loved- dancing. Joanne loved to cook. She was always creating some new dish for family to try. She loved to read and loved to crochet. It was always said that she got all the creative talent in the family.
