Milagros Rodriguez

Milagros Rodriguez, 89 , of Croton on Hudson, NY passed away on July 5, 2017. Milagros was born to Jose Catalan and Eugenia Cancel on February 28, 1928 in Humanco, Puerto Rico. She was married to her beloved husband Herminio Rodriguez for 63 years. Milagros loved to cook. She was a seamstress who helped proudly create the dance costumes for the Rockettes.

Milagros is survived by her husband Herminio, her loving children Herminio “JR” and Kathy Rodriguez, and Jose and Miriam Rodriguez, and by her cherished grandchildren, Lauren, Michelle, Stefanie, Thomas, Daniel, Joseph, and Travis. Great grandchildren Alana, Alisa and Adrian, Auren and Logan.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 2-6PM at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 170 Kings Ferry Rd., Montrose, NY 10548. A Funeral Service will conclude the visitation on Sunday night beginning at 5:30PM also at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home. On Monday, July 10th we will process at 10AM from Edward F. Carter Funeral Home to Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, Long Island, NY for interment.
