William was and enjoyed trap shooting, hunting and working on a race car during his free time. He was the Director of the Eastern Zone New York State Amateur Trap Shooting Association and a volunteer fire fighter for the Montrose Fire Station.
William was predeceased by his wife Linda of 34 years in 2004. He is survived by his son William Jr. and his wife Marion and Daughter Jennifer Gama and her husband Robert as well as 3 grandchildren, Gianna, Billy and Jemma. See you upstate Pop!
Family will be present to receive friends and relatives on Sunday, October 28th from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 170 Kings Ferry Road, Montrose, NY. Funeral Service will be Monday, October 29th at 11:15am at Blessed Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Shrub Oak, NY. Committal Private.
