

Bobby Ray Lowe passed on June 13, 2026, at the age of 80, having been born on April 11, 1946, in Niagara Falls, New York. Bobby was a loving husband and father, as well as an accomplished Master Sergeant with the United States Air Force. Following his enlistment Bobby began a distinguished military career. During his service, he rose to the rank of Master Sergeant, earning the respect of his fellow service members through exemplary leadership, professionalism, and dedication to duty.
After retirement, Bobby devoted his time to his family and community. He was known for his strength of character, unwavering work ethic, and willingness to help others. Above all, he cherished time spent with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Yong Lowe, his daughter Sandy Lowe, and son in law Eduardo Lino, and many other loving relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Samuel Lowe Sr. and Mamie Lowe.
Bobby Ray Lowe will be remembered not only for his faithful military service but also for the kindness, wisdom, and generosity he shared throughout his life. His legacy of honor and commitment will continue to live on in all who knew and loved him.
