An Angel on Earth…Doris I know you are with God and in a peaceful place. I’m so thankful for your wisdom and encouraging words you always shared with me. You were definitely like a second Mother to me. I’ll miss our conversations and always remember them. Rest Peacefully . Love you So Much Tye🙏🏽💕

Thank you Aunt Jean for the eternal impact you had on your nephew Delvin. You cared enough about his eternal destiny so your legacy lives in and through him every day. I have a voicetext that you sent us that I will keep forever. Take your rest in Christ! I will miss you!

As a dedicated employee at Kaiser, Doris touched the lives of many with her kindness, compassion, and unwavering commitment to helping others. Doris was not just a colleague but a true friend who brought joy and positivity to our workplace every day. Her laughter, wisdom, and support will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Gonna miss you my friend.

Doris was a dear friend whom was also one of my biggest cheerleaders.
Although she had her challenges, she continued to show strength and courage.
I love her and will miss her playful greeting,”what’s up girrrl!”
She has finished her race and is now in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father!

What a beautiful sweet spirit inside and out.
Love transcends all space and time. Our conversations and texts will forever be so special and remain in my heart. I can hear the Lord saying ’Well done my good and faithful servant’.
Rest in Peace Aunt Jean ❤️🙌🏾🙏🏾

To my sister -in-law whom I loved so much my Husband and I will always cherish the years we spent together we pray all the time but God knows I wasn't prepared to see you go but we're going miss you you're amazing smile your generosity your love for other I Will always be with us I could go on and buy those that knew you they know your love and generosity for others love you my sister Sonny and I will always be there for Keisha.

A time for honoring a wonderful life well lived by Jean. She was always up beat and willing to share whatever knowledge that could help others. I will truly miss her laughter and smile. May your faith give you strength.

I will truly miss Jean as she would always have words of wisdom for me when I needed it. She and I would talk on the phone for hours and once we talked on the phone on New Year's Eve until the new year came here in Jackson and we were still talking when the new year came in 2 hours later in Moreno Valley.

Jean was always a kind and thoughtful person who would always speak kindly of others unless you really got on her last nerve.
Jean loved God, knew the Bible and could quote just the right scripture you needed to hear.
Jean loved and was so proud of Keisha as she would always tell me of Keisha's talents and business accomplishments and successes as well as her travels.
Jean loved her family and her siblings as they were very close and always supported each other. I am a cousin but I would tell Jean that I wanted to be their sister too, so Jean would always tell me, "You are our sister too".
Jean always depended on God and I don't ever remember her complaining about her eyesight or other incapacities. She would always tell me " As long as I am alive, I am not going to sit around and be miserable."
JEAN WILL TRULY BE MISSED BUT SHE HAS LEFT ME WITH MANY MEMORIES THAT MAKE ME SMILE WHEN I THINK OF HER.

The Andrews family sends their heartfelt love and condolences to the Arnold family! Prayers for peace and comfort during this trying time. When life becomes a little overwhelming reflect on those precious memories as you will need them. Rest well Momma Jean, job well done!

Sending my heart felt, sincerest condolences to you Kesh.
Ms. Doris was a very sweet and beautiful woman. Keep your precious memories of her in your heart knowing she was very proud of you, and all that you've accomplished. She knows that her baby girl is doing amazing things, and that you're in Gods hands......Sending lots of prayers, hugs and love your way.....

Our sister (Mama Lora's girl) has transitioned on to the other side. I am reminded of Isaiah 57: 1-2 (NLT) which states: "Good people pass away; the godly often die before their time ... No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come. For those who follow godly paths will REST IN PEACE when they die."

The special people in our lives are never really gone. Each soul leaves a legacy of love and each memory becomes a bridge of comfort, which connects one heart to another forever.

Family, may hope sustain you, friends surround you, and love give you strength to face the days ahead without her.

PEACE OUT Doris Jean Howard and I will see you on the other side.

Doris you will be truly missed but forever in my heart. Thank you for all the good times we had and shared together over the phone and in conversations. What a blessing it was to share over 20 years with you my friend. My condolences and prayers goes out to your family and many friends. May you RIP where there’s no more suffering and pain. As I wipe away my tears of sadness it will leave me with joy . As I Smile 😊 I can see the Smiles you left on so many other’s faces as you gave them one of yours. Love 💕 you much.🙏🏽❤️🦋

Doris will truly be missed, my classmate, very sweet and honorable person. Praying for the family, God give them strength and peace to endure. We love you. God bless

To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord🙏🏾

We are praying for Keisha and the Arnold family during this difficult time as you celebrate her life.

God bless! ❤️

May God strengthen and comfort the family during this difficult time. My deepest sympathy and prayers. I met her at Abundant Living Family Church, Young At Heart Ministry, now Patria Church.

May you sense the presence of God and know how often you’re lifted in prayer. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families, always the Smith, Duncantel and Poindexter families .

Ms. Doris. Thank you for your grace, loving personality and beautiful smile. You shared them freely with all who crossed your path. It was a pleasure to have met you. Rest well.

Auntie Jean threw me my very first birthday party. She made me feel so special as she did everyone.

Doris was a unique person. She loved people and she loved life. We’re going to miss those family and friend gatherings at her house she would feed all us. I’m going to miss our girl talks we would sit and talk for hours just laughing and enjoying sisterhood.
Rest well my sister until that great day when the trumpet sounds we will meet again.
Self proclaimed sister Deborah

Ms Doris is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met. She was so genuine and pure, a breath of fresh air. I feel so blessed to have had the privilege and pleasure of being someone who she thought worthy of your prayers. You will truly be missed and I just wanted to say, thank you for being you forever in my heart 🙏🏽❤️

I would like to extend my sincere condolences to the entire family of Doris who was such a wonderful person. This visit with my grandmother Missouri will forever be cherished because she made it a point to meet her. Thank you Keisha for making sure she knew about my grannys' shenanigans lol. I know you provided the utmost care for your mom and it was pleasing in her eyes. Caretaking isnt easy but we were built for it!
Love & God Bless, Cynthia
