

He received Christ at an early age under the leadership of his grandfather, Pastor Herbert Young of Kings Way Baptist Church, West Los Angeles, CA.
Harold (Man) moved with his family to Riverside, CA in 1990. Then to Moreno Valley, CA in 1992, where he attended elementary and middle school. He received his high school diploma from Moreno Valley High School in 2004. Harold (Hitman Wafer) was a star football player with numerous college offers. Choosing to attend Riverside Community College he played football as a running back and linebacker. Later working for FedEx, Harbor Freights and as a skilled mechanic.
Man brought joy and laughter with him wherever he went. He always had a joke to make you laugh. He loved to dance. He had a passion for classic cars. He enjoyed working on his Chevy Malibu with his brother. He loved spending time with his family.
Harold is preceded in death by his father Harold Lee Wafer Sr., grandfather Rev. Herbert Young, uncle Bobby Young, aunt Angela Goodman, aunt Caroline Gaulding, brother Bruce Williams Sr., brother Dennis Williams, and nephew Kewan Redd Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory his grandmother Janet Young, mother Joyce Blackwell, sisters Sherice Blackwell, Tonicka Blackwell, Sparkle Wafer-Alverez-Rugley, brother Kory Blackwell, brother Loyd Dyer, brother In-law David Alvarez-Rugley, and sister In-law Latisha Blackwell, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, a great niece and great nephews and a host of friends.
He departed this earthly life on Friday, March 10, 2023, in Moreno Valley, CA at the age of 37.
A visitation for Harold will be held Friday, April 7, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Miller Jones Mortuary and Crematory, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California. Funeral Service will be from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
