Josephine is survived by her son Guadalupe Alvarez; and her son Ricardo Alvarez.

A committal service for Josephine will be held Friday, August 23, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518.
