Elder Michael Lawrence Eubank was born December 23, 1946, in Indianapolis, IN. He was the fifth child born to the late Bertram and Bertha Stanley Eubank. He completed his formal education in the Indianapolis Public School System, attending John Hope School No. 26, Frances W. Parker School No. 56, and Arsenal Technical High School, where he graduated with honors.

On December 21, 1968, he married the love of his life, Frankie Theresa McCaskey; affectionately known as “Baby” and he as “Suga Bear”. To this union, two daughters were born. He was a Journeyman Iron Worker with the Iron Workers Local 22, Indianapolis, retiring after thirty years. He attended Aenon Bible College, Inc., Indianapolis where he earned an Associate of Theology in 1996 and was ordained as an Elder within the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. later that year.

Elder Eubank departed this life on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at the age of seventy-six years young. He leaves to cherish his memory his Baby, Frankie Theresa Eubank, two beloved daughters, Yalonda M. and Brandi A. Eubank; two sons, Justin Smith and Amaya Horne; one brother, Donald D. Eubank; one Sister-in-Law, Helen R. Eubank, two grandsons; Michael A. Eubank (Elizabeth) and Bryant E. Eubank; two great-granddaughters, Ella Mae and Emma Grace Eubank; and four god-children, Katrina Croom, Charmaine Griffin, LaKaisha Hawthorne, and Sheldon Yates, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and countless cherished friends.
