Rebecca Ann Jimenez

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Rebecca (Becky) Ann Jimenez. Becky’s last breath on earth was December 7 2025. She had been placed on hospice care in Moreno Valley California. She was born May 10, 1965 in Las Cruces, NM to Arturo and Rachel Jimenez.

Those left to mourn her include her son Jacob Cruz Jimenez, sister Beverly Lopez-Armijo (Michael), brother Art Lopez (Jacqueline). Many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Ernie Lopez Jr. and Larry Jimenez.

Becky lived most of her life in Las Cruces. As a young girl Becky excelled at school projects most notably drawing, painting, and poetry writing.

After graduating from Las Cruces High School, she worked for the Las Cruces Police Department as an administrative assistant. She worked at Memorial Medical Center and various other places within the Las Cruces metro area.

Unfortunately, she dealt with serious medical complications for most of her adult life. She moved to Moreno Valley CA with her sister Beverly several times and most recently again in 2023. Beverly and her husband Michael helped with her medical challenges until the end of her life. Becky became close to the lord she believed in prayer and devoted the last years of her life to our Lord Jesus Christ.

A prayer vigil will be held on DTBD, 2025. Visitations will begin at TTBD. Recitation of the Rosary will be
