Bob was born on April 28, 1957, to Thomas Napier & Gertrude Willoughby in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating from Anaheim High School in 1975, he worked at Taylor Lumber for ten years, then worked for his mom before finding a job at Robertson's Ready Mix, where he worked for twenty-five years. Throughout his life, Bob made many friends, both from work and school. He retired from Robertson's Ready Mix due to a work injury.
In 1980, Bob met Barbara Bisbey at Taylor Lumber in Anaheim, CA. Together, Bob and Barbara had three children, Kyle, Pamela, and Kevin.
After retiring, Bob enjoyed road trips, spending time with his family, playing with his grandson, Mason, growing tomatoes, shooting his gun with the family, and relaxing by the pool with his buddies, Ruger, Lady, and Athena, their dogs. He absolutely loved his football team, the Los Angeles Rams, and was always excited and anxious to watch every game.
Bob was predeceased by his mother, Gertrude Lutter, and his stepfather, Mike Lutter. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Holland; their children, Kyle Holland and his wife, Gabby Holland; Pamela (Holland) Gates and her husband, Dylan Gates; and Kevin Holland. Though Bob's journey on this earth has come to an end, his spirit lives on in the cherished memories of his family and friends. His love for adventure, dedication to his loved ones, and warm, compassionate heart will forever be remembered.
May he rest in peace, knowing that he made the world a better place through his kindness and love.
