As we grieve your loss, we hold on to the blessing that we were able to see you, talk with you, and spend precious time with you before you passed. Those final moments with you are deeply meaningful to us, and we will cherish them for the rest of our lives.

Losing you has left a space in our hearts that words cannot fully describe. Your time with us was far too short, yet the love you gave, the memories we shared, and the kindness you showed have left a lasting mark on our lives. We will carry your laughter, your wisdom, and your love with us in everything we do, every single day.

In this time of sorrow, we find comfort in knowing that you are now at peace and reunited with our Papa and Mama. We thank God for the gift of your life and for the privilege of loving you and being loved by you. Though you are no longer with us in sight, you will live on forever in our hearts.

Your light was taken too early,but Thank you for the memory You'll never be Forgotten

Dondon was my neighbor, classmate, and friend in highschool. We both came from the Machine Shop track.🎓 

We would ride our bikes around Obrero, Davao City. Medyo chubby na sya noon pero magaling sya mag wheelie with his small red playbike.🚴 

We would play Family Computer over at my house and at the "internet cafe" in our day. 🎮

He was a bully to me later on but I know he was just trying to be a "cool kid" 😎 

He was part of a school gang who hung out in the halls and parking lots. Diba gang leader Renon Sombilon? 😂
Dondon had creeper shoes and flared Levi's anvils, secured with a black metal-tip belt, and paired with white Hanes. 👕 

His brushed-up curly hair was his signature look, like Tom Lupton in the Seven Stars Lights ad in 1989. ✨

When he moved to the states he had all the cool toys--airsoft and eMTBs with the West Coast mountains as his playground. ⛰️

He just got back from Davao City two weeks ago, with all the Filipino-style feasting in full display on his feed. 🇵🇭

Don's last post was in a departure area. Rest in Peace 'Ba. Thanks for the memories. May God comfort your family and friends. 🕊️

Don was an easy going person and fun to be with. I was glad that we got together last July in New York. It was just a short get together but memorable. You are in good hands now, Don and no more pain and suffering for you. May your soul rest in peace, cousin.

I’ll always remember our days filled with laughter and simple joys, when life felt easy and we grew up side by side. Those memories mean more to me than words can say. Thank you for being a part of my life and childhood.

Almost 50 years of friendship. Shared childhood likes and dislikes. Same adventures, comedies, dramas, troubles, and foolishness. Through thick and thin, our circle of friends knows each other by heart. Don was a carefree guy who didn’t dwell on problems. His laughter echoed through every street corner in our community. He loved eating, riding his bike, trekking, exploring from one place to another, meeting new friends, doing ninja moves, and always trying new things—anything fun and worth doing again and again. Your true friendship, simplicity, happy stories, and generosity will always stay in our hearts. You truly are one of a kind.
