Deborah Ann Gray

She leaves to cherish her memories three sons, Edward Joseph Butler of Patterson, LA, Joseph Edward (Lorette) Gray, Jr. and Grady Gray, both of Lafayette, LA; three daughters, Paula (Kevin) Pierre, Sr., Teneka Thomas, and Anisha Butler, all of Patterson, LA; six children who were dear to her heart, Gerlisa Calais, Hope (Craig) Chatman, Ramona Benjamin, Jasmin Robertson, Aline (Henry) Long, and Kim (Lettia) Butler; a brother, Erwin Butler; and three sisters, Cora Span, Lorraine Butler, and Patricia S. Watts, fourteen grandchildren, and five great grandchildren, along with a host of relatives and friends.

Deborah was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Gray, Sr., her parents, Milton and Alice Butler, one granddaughter, Aubree Butler, and a daughter, Deloris R. Joseph, two sisters and four brothers.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 13, 2023 at St. Luke Baptist Church 1709 Harry D Street Patterson, LA. Celebrant, Rev. Keith Verrett, Sr. Burial will follow in the New Salem Cemetery.
