Mildred Leona Watson Bennett was called to eternal resting place on Friday, December 13, 2024. Mildred was born to the late Willie Watson, Sr. and Mildred Watson in Patterson on January 21, 1951. She was united in Matrimony to the late Zackery Bennett, Sr. for 58 years they shared a good life together.
Mildred leaves behind three sons, Zackery (MonaFaye) Bennett of Atlanta, GA; Michael Bennett and Christopher Bennett both of Patterson, LA; one daughter, Pamela Francis of Patterson, LA; one sister, Doretha Watson of Morgan City, LA; and brother, Willie Watson, Jr. of Morgan City, LA; one daughter-in-law, Cynthia Bennett of Patterson, LA; thirteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Zackery Bennett, Sr; one son, Donald Ray Bennett; and son-in-law, Vernal Francis.
