Carol Lee Bollinger

Carol was born February 2, 1948 in Haywood County, North Carolina to the late Geraldine Inman Burchfield and Harry Lee Burchfield.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, Preston Bollinger and Johnny Bollinger; brother, Billy Burchfield.

Those left to cherish her memory are her partner and caregiver, Paul Phillips; daughter, Connie Clark (husband, Clay); brother, Roy Burchfield (wife, Robin); sisters, Shirley Bishop (husband, Ricky), Linda Causby (husband, Eddie); grandchildren, Aryan Bollinger, Johnny Bollinger Jr., Marina McLean, Andrew Clark; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and two furr babies, Poppy and Lady.

Carol worked in the veneer department at Drexel Heritage and EJ Victor in Morganton. She enjoyed cooking, crafting, and the beauty of outdoors.

The family would like to thank Amorem Hospice and especially her nurse, Heaven and staff for all the care she received.
