Charles Anderson McCall

Andy was born, in Morganton, North Carolina, on November 18, 1974, to the late Linda Beam McCall & Charles Anthony McCall. Andy was a furniture maker with many years of service with Drexel-Heritage and Henredon Furniture companies. Andy was a NASCAR fan and enjoyed playing his guitar. He was a true outdoorsman who loved fishing, swimming, cooking on the grill, and making walking sticks as gifts. Andy especially enjoyed spending time with his nephews. He was a friend to all and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his mother, Andy was preceded in death by his grandparents.

He is survived by his father, Charlie McCall of Morganton; two brothers, Darrell Beam & wife Tonya of Morganton and Tony McCall & fiancé Angela Hall of Valdese; a sister, Ginny Parlier & husband Lance of Morganton; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m., Friday, November 6, 2015 at the Memorial Chapel of Kirksey Funeral Home in Morganton. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Burke Hospice and Palliative Care, 1721 Enon Road, Valdese, North Carolina, 28690.
