Clint Walker Stevens

Clint Walker Stevens, age 55, of Morganton, NC, passed away peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Stevens was born in Chatham County North Carolina, on November 2, 1961, to Larry Stevens and the late Carolyn Boley Stevens.

Mr. Stevens was a Christian man and worked in construction for many years. He was known for his love of fishing, playing guitar, and driving cars fast. He also enjoyed bowling and raising chickens. His family says he was a wonderful father and husband and a very kind hearted man. He will be missed terribly and he was loved deeply by all of his family and friends.

Surviving Mr. Stevens are his wife of twenty-five years, Teresa Evans Stevens, of the home; his father, Larry Stevens, of Siler City, NC; sons, Johnny and Jason Cameron, both of Morganton, and Matthew (Cassie) Cameron of Clover, SC; a brother, Dale (Charlotte) Stevens, of Siler City, NC; and six grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at 3:00 PM, at Kirksey Funeral Home, in Morganton, NC, with the Reverend J. R. Richards officiating.
