David Zero Mull, Jr.

Mr. Mull was a Korean War veteran having served in the United States Army. He was a loving, devoted and precious husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Eloise Mitchell, Mae Shouppe, Betty Jean Shields, Lura Webb, Estelle Duckworth and Azalea Mull; brother, Bristol Mull; and great-grandchildren, Carson Hensley and Andrew David Reitzel.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Price Mull; daughters, Faith Mull Foster and husband, Joe of Dysartsville, Robin Hart and her significant other, Mario “Bear” Wrona of Rutherford College, Angie Reitzel and her partner, Nikki Curtis of Hickory and Pam Benfield and her significant other, Earl Lowe of Hickory; son, Timothy Price and wife, Regina of Georgia; grandchildren, Chance Hensley, Chelsea Hensley, Courtney Reitzel, Brandon Reitzel, Trevor Lowe and John David Price; great-grandchildren, Addison Hensley, Adrian Hensley and Ji’siayh Whitaker; brother, Clyde Mull of Morganton; sister, Geneva Rinehardt of Morganton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 1, 2013 at Mount Home Baptist Church with the Reverend Jerry Gamble officiating. Burial will follow the service at the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the church.
