Jeff was born November 24, 1980 in Daytona Beach, Florida to George Henry Jeffery Haskins III and Patti Lynn Anderson.
Jeff was an avid Jokester, enjoyed playing the guitar, rock climbing and doing impersonations. Jeff loved being outdoors.
Jeff dedicated most of his childhood to the Eagle Scouts.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his brother, Don Price; Sisters, Jessica Gordon and husband Dustin, Trisha Price; niece, Maddie; nephews, Raimi Jeff and Mason; all of Morganton.
