We will say so long for now to the strongest man we will ever know. He taught us how to use the tools of life to live in this world and to do the right thing even if you didn't want to. "It's just the right thing" Jack would say, "because that's just what you are supposed to do." "Always do what you say your going to do because your words and action are all you have to stand on".
A "Celebration of Jack's Life" will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 24, 2021 in the Chapel of Kirksey Funeral Home in Morganton with Military Honors provided by the North Carolina National Guard. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
