Mr. Gillispie is survived by his wife, Joyce Hullender Gillispie; sons, Johnny Lloyd Gillispie and Daniel Patrick Gillispie; daughter, Carolyn Gillispie; step-sons, Marshall Hullender and his wife, Tracy and Timothy Hullender; grandchildren, Jessica Brown, Kansas Goss and Jamee Hullender; great-granddaughter, Madasin Marie Brown; and brother, Steve Gillispie and his wife, Marilyn.
A graveside service will be held 12:30 p.m., Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Parklawn Memorial Park in Rockville, MD.
