Randy Lynn Ledford Sr.

He was born in Mitchell County to the late Linnie Clay Ledford and Beulah Edward Ledford.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Doris “Lucille” Ledford, brother; Ronald Ledford and son-in-law ; Arnold Whisnant.

Randy was a hard worker. He loved collecting Antiques. He never met a stranger and will be missed by many.

Those left to cherish his memory are children; Randy Ledford and wife Amy, Marsha Whisnant, sister; Linda Burleson and husband Henry, Grandchildren; Autumn Skeens and husband Brian, Ashley Greene and husband Chris, Sarah Essick, Matthew Essick, great grandchildren; Brison Skeens, Nick Skeens, Cutter Greene, Maverick Greene, Ryder Greene along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 17, 2019 in the Chapel of Kirksey Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Burke Hospice and Palliative Care at 1721 Enon Road, Morganton, NC 28655.
