Robin Darlene Propst

She was born in Catawba County to the late Melvin Propst and Odessa Covington on July 05, 1963.

Ms. Propst was preceded in death by her father Melvin Propst.

Robin graduated from Fred T. Ford High School; she worked many years for MDI and was currently employed at I.H. Services where she became an Accounts Manager. Robin was best known for her love of music, going to the beach, riding to the mountains, and most of all being a motivational speaker. During her time in Hickory, she attended the Favor Center Church.

Those left to cherish her memories are two sons; Ryan Heard (Gloria), and Bryson Heard (Massota); mother, Odessa Moore (Michael), brothers; Raymond Propst (Fannie), and Dennis Propst (Tonya), Christina Kight (Anthony), grandchildren; Grayson Heard, Riley Heard. Braylan Heard, Gregory Heard, Hayden Heard, and Ayanna Heard, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life for Robin will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Morning Star Baptist Church, 126 4th Ave. SW., Hickory, NC 28602.

The Propst Family has entrusted Kirksey Funeral Home of Morganton with arrangements.
