Sharon Louise Kirchberg

Sharon "Sherry" Louise Bell Kirchberg, age 59, of Morganton, passed away after a period of declining health on Saturday, May 7, 2022 surrounded by her beloved husband and family. Sherry was born the daughter of the late Isaac Ray Bell and Mary Teresa Angus Jackson Bell on December 22, 1962 Calhoun County, West Virginia. Sherry was an avid softball player, had a passion for horses, and prided herself on her family. Along with her parents, Sherry was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Bell; two sisters, Teresa Bell and Madge Basnett; and her father-in-law, Jack Kirchberg. Those left behind to cherish Sherry's memory include, her husband of 40 years, Steve Kirchberg; two children, Steve Kirchberg Jr. and Amanda Lambert and husband Drew; seven grandchildren; Destiny and Bryson Lambert, Aiden, Evan, Charlie, Zynlee, and Faith Kirchberg; four brothers; four sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews. No services are scheduled at this time. Kirksey Funeral Home of Morganton has the honor of serving the family.
