Sheyvonne Arnold

Born on February 7, 1951, Sheyvonne was a resident of Morganton, North Carolina.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughters, Chrystal Bradburn and Ellissa Taylor.

Those left to cherish her memory is her sister, Judith Stepp Mallory; granddaughters, Audriana Taylor and Kirsten Bradburn; numerous great grandchildren; nieces, Britnay Hicks, Shannon Medina, Katelyn Branch, Makayla "Mikki" Clontz, Synthia Adams; nephews, Brian Ripka, Christopher Winstead, Stacey Poston.

Sheyvonne had a lifelong passion for sewing and crafting, and her hands were rarely still. From carefully stitched quilts to lovingly handmade gifts, she poured her heart into every creation. Many family members will forever treasure the pieces she made, each one a reminder of her patience, talent, and care.

Above all, she cherished the simple joys of home and companionship, especially the unconditional love of her beloved dog, Gidget. The bond they shared brought her daily comfort and happiness, and Gidget was never far from her side.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Kirksey Funeral Home in Morganton, NC.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
