She was born on November 14, 1960 to the late Bessie Hampton Webb and Willard Webb Sr.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Willard "Bud" Webb Jr.; and sister, Barbara Tester.
Those left to cherish her memory is her son, Timothy Whisenant; Deborah Parker (husband,Troy); nephew, Jamie; cousins, Casey, Amanda, and Daniel; and good friend, Leonard Speagle.
