She was born in New York City on August 13, 1959 to John and Carol Lydick.
She lived a full life with various roles in newspaper from editor to publicist, and was a budding entrepreneur. Above all else she was a loving friend, wife, grandmother, and mother.
Despite many health challenges she experienced throughout her life, she continued to pour devotion into her family, community and creative projects. She lived each day with renowned strength, humor, and determination.

She found happiness and magic in all things Disney and sang in choir and participated in outreach at Waldensian Presbyterian Church. She aspired to turn her home into a Certified Wildlife Habitat and loved caring for the local bird population.
She will be missed as a wife of 38 years to Lawrence Greene, a mother to Ian Greene, a mother-in-law to Deisy Zavala Vazquez, a Mimi to her grandson, Thomas Greene-Zavala, a daughter to Carol Lydick, and a sister to her three siblings; Patricia Jeanne Storey, Margit Pilkington, and Erik Lydick.
