Anderson D. “Andy” Livesay, age 92, of Morristown, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Monday, April 3, 2017. He was a veteran of the US Navy, having served during WWII. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Stallard Livesay; and brothers, Talmage Livesay, M. T. Livesay, Hugh Livesay and Milum D. Livesay Sr. Survivors include his children, Linda Livesay Rankin of Morristown, Pamela Livesay of Morristown, and Christopher Livesay of Happy Valley; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Nora Livesay Moore of Florida and Winnie Livesay Morrow of Knoxville; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 6 from 1 – 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with his nephew, Rev. Milum D. Livesay Jr officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens. VFW Post#5266 will provide military honors. Arrangements are by Stubblefield Funeral Home.
