Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Major Carpenter; daughter, Connie (Randy) Morgan; grandson, Matthew Morgan; mother, Gladys Crittenden; sister, Roxie Dean (Joe) Mathis; several special nieces, nephews, and cousins; special cousin, Grover Ferguson; and a host of special friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 5 – 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Randy Morgan and Rev. Sonny Davis officiating. Family and friends will meet in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Saturday, November 26th at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
