Billie is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Robert; her great niece, Stephanie Foster, husband Steve, their children, Candice and Savannah. Sister-in-law: Bobbie Sexton and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Caris Hospice and Home Health for their care and compassion during her illness.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 30, 2025 from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Stubblefield Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 7:00 PM. Graveside services will be Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 11:00 AM in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
