Betty, We are so sorry for your loss.
We got to meet Billy at the Welcome High School reunion. He seemed to enjoy being around a crowd and had such a great personality . I'm sure he will be greatly missed in many places.
You and your children are in our thoughts and prayers.

Betty and family, it has been my great honor to have known Billy as a very good friend and associate in amateur radio public service. Once when my best friend and I visited the Morristown hamfest, you welcomed us into your home with unsurpassed hospitality we won't ever forget. You both knew my callsign as K4WWV and it was always such a pleasure to add you both to the checkin list when I was Net Control Station. Billy will be missed by so many, but clearly loved and honored Our Lord, in whose arms we trust he finally rests today.

Betty, you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are shocked by his sudden passing.I got to know Billy in the 5th Region traffic net...he was a veteran there and I was a newbie...but he was so considerate and such a professional. He will be missed.
