He was preceded in death by his parents Rufus & Pauline Waddell, three brothers Roger Waddell, Billy Waddell, James Waddell and four sisters Margie Legates, Darlene Bishop, Diann Marquez, and Dorothy Reilly.
He is survived by his wife Lisa Waddell, daughter Carla Sanders (Ricky), son William Waddell (Kisha), step daughters Rosina Meza and Lil Lisa Davis. Grandchildren Elijah Sanders, Vanessa Wilson (Devin), Abigail Scarlett (Tony), Monica Waddell, Aiden Meza, Lil William Waddell, and Leora Waddell. Surviving sisters Cricket Waddell, Geraldine Starr, and Julie Aveni (Paul), surviving brothers Rufus “Eddie” Waddell and Jack Waddell. And multiple nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
He greatly loved his family and the friends he made along the way. Those who knew him, knew that he had a big heart and would help anyone and everyone, but at the same time fight a circular saw. He also had a love for knives and usually be found carrying one, two or three on him at all times. He was one of a kind and loved by many. He will be greatly missed.
