Donna dearly loved her family and her church family, both of whom held a special place in her heart. She was blessed with an amazing talent for singing and playing the piano, gifts she joyfully shared with her church family whenever she had the opportunity. Her love of music and dedication to her church allowed her to share her talents and her faith with those around her.
Donna also loved the mountains and the peace and beauty they offered. She especially appreciated the cooler air, as she was never one to enjoy the heat! Her love for the mountains was a special part of who she was and brought her joy.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Clara Bell Rawlett; her sisters, Brenda, Debbie, and Joan; and her beloved husband, William Edward Bell, Sr.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her son, William Edward Bell, Jr., affectionately known as “Billy”; three grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; her sisters, Joyce Taylor and Sandy Higgs; and her brothers, Charles Pearson and Sonny Rawlett.
Donna will be lovingly remembered for her devotion to her family, her love for her church family, and the beautiful gift of music she shared with others. Her memory will live on through the lives she touched, the songs she sang, and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends will gather on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services to honor and celebrate Donna’s life.
