Diane spent her early years in Aliquippa, PA, graduating from Aliquippa High School in 1966. She worked at the D.T. Watson Home for disabled children before relocating to Virginia where she had a 20-year career at the US State Department. Retiring in 2011, she moved to New Market, Tennessee where she was able to focus on her hobbies as an avid photographer and creator of scrapbooks and pictorial histories. She enjoyed nothing more than hopping into her car with her camera and exploring the outdoor scenes found on many back roads. She embraced her Tennessee community, especially her neighbors and her friends at the Beech Springs Baptist Church.
Diane was preceded in death by her mother Elfreda Kemp Cycholl, her aunt Edith Kemp and her uncles Henry and Albert Kemp.
She is survived by her beloved brother Richard Cycholl of Morristown, TN and cousins Janet Kemp of Bermuda, Sylvia Kemp-Orino of Huntersville, NC, Barry Kemp of Ambridge, PA, and Michelle Frey and Paul Frey of Aliquippa, PA.
There will be an inurnment for her at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery, Aliquippa, PA.
