Ella “Christine” Dean, age 85, of Morristown, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Life Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Dean; parents, Estel and Molly Carroll; sisters, Ruby Pridemore and Ruth White; two infant daughters; and a grandson. Survivors include James (Lucy) Dean of Greeneville, Debra “Debbie” Pearson of White Pine, Wanda Cannon of Morristown, Robert Dean and Kyle Lamb of Knoxville, and Crystal (Shawn) Smith of Morristown; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Pearl Brown of Greenville, SC and Madge Dalton of Bybee; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Saturday, February 14th at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Wayne Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be: Shawn Smith, James Dean Jr, Kody Smith, Dillan Winstead, and Kyle Lamb. The family will receive friends Friday evening at the funeral home from 6 – 8:00 p.m. Stubblefield Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
