Frances Gonav Moyers

Gonav, as she was able, loved working in her yard. She always said,when she got to heaven, she wanted to work in God's Rose Garden. She loved her family, and was always trying to feed you when you visited. She will be missed dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Moyers; parents: Henry and Izola Luttrell; brothers: Glenn, Scotty, Ivis (Gunner), Pete and Ben Luttrell; sisters: Leona Hawk, Mae D. Blazer and Ruth Freeman.

Gonav is survived by her sons: Mike (Linda) Hawk and Ronnie (Clarencine) Hawk. Grandchildren: Michael (Tracy) Hawk, Kelly (Ernie) Stubblefield and Casey Hawk. Great grandchildren: Corben Stubblefield and Addison Hawk. Brothers: Dale (Katie) Luttrell, Gerry (Patti) Luttrell and Bennie Luttrell all of Greeneville. Sisters: Lois Ball of Morristown, Joyce Ottinger, Vonda Morelock and Iva Aiken all of Greeneville.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff of Amedisys Hospice for all of their wonderful care.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Stubblefield Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2025 at Hamblen Memory Gardens with Chaplain Dennis Slack officiating.
