Harold Lynn Dickerson, age 72, of Whitesburg, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 11, 2016 after a battle with heart disease. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Earl and Viola Dickerson; and six brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Charlotte Shrader Dickerson; daughter, Stephanie Christian of Whitesburg; son, Phillip (Tina) Dickerson of Russellville; beloved grandchildren, Dalton Dickerson, Trent Dickerson, and Carter Dickerson; beloved brother-in-law and family, Larry (Sheila) Shrader; sister, Earline Epps of Alabama; brother, Terry (Judy) Dickerson of Morristown; several other sisters-in-law; and all of his church family at Highland Baptist Church in Whitesburg.
The family will receive friends at Highland Baptist Church on Thursday, July 14, 2016 from 5 – 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Terry Bunch officiating. Family and friends will meet in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Friday at 1:15 p.m. for a 1:30 p.m. graveside service.
