He was preceded in death by his parents; Loyd and Verna Lee Massey, sister; Elizabeth Southerland and brother; Jim Massey.
Survivors include his son; Scott Massey, grandson; Zachary Massey with girlfriend BreAnnia Norton, nephews; Marty Southerland, Rodney Southerland and Joey Massey, sister-in-law; Clo Massey.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 5 – 7:00 p.m., with the funeral service to follow. Family and friends will meet at Hamblen Memory Gardens on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 2:45 p.m. for a 3:00 p.m. graveside service.
