Janice Hickman Archer, age 86, of Bean Station, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020 at Ridgeview Terrace. She was of the Presbyterian faith. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Hazel Obrien Hickman; brothers, Charles, Jack, Doris, James and J.D.; and sisters, Gearldene McCoy and Edith Stump. She is survived by her sister, Laura (Squire) Dotson; special nephew, Shannon Dotson; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 9, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Steve Thornbury officiating. Family and friends will meet at the Chapel of Memories Mausoleum in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Tuesday morning at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. entombment service.
