Kenneth Earl Jennings, age 83, of Whitesburg, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at his home. He served in the U S Air Force during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ethel Jennings; brothers, Von, Ralph, Bobby Jennings; sisters, Joann Howington, Ruth Helton, Thelma Clement, and Faye Kincaid. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Rev. George McCoy will officiate. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service at Bent Creek Cemetery. Bulls Gap VFW will provide military honors. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening prior to the services at the funeral home.
