Lanny was born to Leonard LaRue Logan and Rita Turner Logan in Topeka Kansas on September 16, 1941. Lanny has a twin brother Lonnie and sister Lana who have preceded him.
Lanny served in the U. S. Navy for 24 years as CPO-E7. After retiring Lanny continued his education at Tusculum College receiving his Master’s degree. Lanny taught at Walters State Community College as an Adjunct teacher and many Tech Schools.
Lanny is survived by his son Alex Nathaniel Logan of Morristown TN.
Arrangements have been entrusted with Stubblefield Funeral Home and Crematory. Per Lanny’s request his cremated remains will be buried at sea.
