She was a loving wife, mother, sister-in-law, and “Memaw”. She enjoyed cooking for everyone and doting on her grandchildren and her dogs. She also delighted in working with her husband in the agriculture business. She was well loved by all who knew her and was known for the immense pride she had in her family.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Brian Franklin Mart; her sons Matthew (Cate) Mart and Ryan (Faith) Mart; her sister-in-law Debra (Rich) Peterson; and grandchildren Olivia (age 9), Aaron (age 6), Sarah (22 months), and Simon (due January 2023).
Honoring Lisa’s request, there will be no public funeral or memorial service. The family anticipates a private Celebration of Life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, condolences may be sent to Brian Mart, 343 Shirley Drive, Whitesburg, TN 37891.
