She was preceded in death by her parents: Joe and Teresa Conway.

Grandparents: Williams and Catherine Hanks and Dutch and Mary Conway.

Lorrie is survived by her children: Candice Dene' Denton and Carrie Jordan Denton. Her grandchildren: MaKayla Lexi Carter, Chance Allen Gibson, Leighla Jade Carter, and Charles Jackson Carter and her siblings: Lisa Boatwright and Jason Conway. Nephews: Matthew Boatwright, Issac Conway; niece: Stephanie Buell and great niece: Austin Buell.

Born and raised in Morristown, Lorrie Jo later pursued a fulfilling medical career working with dedication at Fresenius Medical Care until her retirement. She will be fondly remembered for her incredible cooking, which brought joy and comfort to family and friends alike. Lorrie Jo's warm heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love for her family left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her.

She will be deeply missed, but her memory and the love she shared will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, and all whose lives she touched.

Services will be held at Stubblefield Funeral Home on Saturday, May 23, 2026 with visitation from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon, followed by a celebration of her life.
