.MAMIE SWANSON, age 89 of Knoxville, formerly of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN. She was a member of Riverview Baptist Church in Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Swanson; parents, Robert and Ella Pratt and brother, Wayne Pratt. She is survived by her son, Jerry (Debbie) Hash of Knoxville; daughter, Rosella (Leon) Elkins of Morristown; grandchildren Wayne Hash, Jamie Stout, Tracy Housewright, Mandy Hash and Rick Elkins; great-grandchildren, Lee and Lucas Elkins, Ragan Hash, Megan Hash, Austin Housewright and Logan Housewright and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home with the Rev. David Hicks officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
