Margaret Lowery, age 77, of Hendersonville, formerly of Mohawk, went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 17, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lowery; parents, Ruth and Boyd Hayes; sister, Betty Combs; and brothers, Billy Jack Hayes and Gabby Hayes. She is survived by her children, Jeanette Whited, David (Joy) Lowery, Becky (Tim Maize) Lowery; grandchildren, Michael Whited and Chris Whited; sisters, Sue Long and Jean Fincher; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 19th at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Howard Shipley officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. to go in procession to Bethesda Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening 4 – 7:00 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home. Stubblefield Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
