Margaret A Samples

Margaret A. Samples, age 93, of Morristown, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2012 at the Heritage Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Samples; parents, George and Eva Inman; grandson, James Lucas Bowlin; brothers, Clifford, John, Ruble, Ray, Jim, Lewis, Paul, and Earl Inman; sister, Ollie Mae Inman; and nephew, Ronnie Inman.

Survivors include her daughter, Judie Burnett of TX; son, Randy Samples of Morristown; grandchildren, Heather and Mike Pavia and Tobias Burnett, all of TX, Ashley and Nicholas Samples and Lindsey and Shane Ratliff; great-grandchildren, Charles Robinson, Ashlyn Pavia, Kendra Reece, Ryder and Cooper Ratliff; sisters, Evelyn Inman and Mary Ruth Hopson; sister-in-law, Christine Inman; and seven nieces and eight nephews. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Brother Richard Crayne and Brother David Stepp will officiate. Interment will follow in Jarnagin Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Special thanks to Dr. Frederick Yarid and his staff at Hamblen Family Medicine; to the Heritage Center and staff for all the acceptable care they provided; and to very dear and close friends, Tammy and Brandon Story.
