Mary Edith Huggins, age 84, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 4, 2013 at the Heritage Center. She was a member of Fairview Bible Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and six brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Elbert “Ruben” Huggins; sister, Edna; special niece, Nancy Hopson; special nephew, Tom Derry; special friend, Greg Susong; special neighbor, Emma Turner; and a host of other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Helton and Rev. Kenny Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 – 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home prior to the services. Stubblefield Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
